Summary: The facility was great, the staff took great care of us. The food at Latitude 65 was amazing! Only thing keeping it from being a 5 for us was not seeing the Northern Lights.... the whole purpose for our visit. Staff was very responsive. There was a problem with our hot water, and they had it fixed within an hour. The heaters for each igloo are pretty loud. We found it helpful to sleep with ear plugs. The high air movement might be necessary to keep those giant windows to the sky clear! Such a beautiful and unique stay!
